Shipping was very prompt. Shoes are as depicted/described. I'm happy with my purchase, but disappointed that the shoes were shipped in a packing envelope with no box, so they were smashed and the leather is misshapen. The damage is only temporary, but I will need to take the time to re-shape the shoes with shoe stretchers. Cost to ship using post-office priority padded envelope was under $9, so for the $12.99 shipping fee, I'd appreciate a box. But overall I'm satisfied with the product/seller.
