    Fast Drying

    Don't believe the 20 minute use mentioned on the tin, within 10 minutes it is getting difficult to work & I was stingy with the catalyst.But, it does what it says on the tin - it fills holes & can be treated as wood afterwards. Main criticism is the supplied catalyst, I don't know why they bother & if you require more than a golf ball sized piece of filler it won't be enough. It weighs just 5g including packet so if you have major filling make sure you buy an additional packet.

    Old stock??

    The base of the dark filler tuble leaked immediately I squeezed it and the lighter coloured filler had been sitting so long that it had separated and what came out was runny liquid. Lots of kneading of the tube has made the contents somewhat less bad but it is not exactly good.

    Excellent Product

    Used Ronseal wood filler for years.Tried other makes but always go back to Ronseal.It strengthens the wood,and remains intact over a long period of time.It’s lasted for years outside on previously rotted wood on a window ,excellent product.

    Excellent filler

    Because it starts to set very quickly I found it difficult to get a good finish, so tended to over fill too much. It does give a hard and durable finish after a lot of sanding.
