    Great Second Doctor Adventure

    Great Second Doctor story. The Ice Warriors are fun monsters/villains, Jamie and Zoe are cool, the supporting cast are good, it's full of action and some comedy, and most importantly, Patrick Troughton is wonderfully brilliant. Favourite Doctor and a favourite story.

    The invasion of the foam

    Few episodes from the Troughon Era are complete. This one is great because we can see how much fun Troughton, Padbury and Hines could have on the set. The foam sequence is awesome. Not the best story but a must-have anyway. And there's comments too with Hines and Padbury. That's just great.

    seeds od death fantastic story

    one of the best doctor stories ever made the special effects from the time it was made do not detract from its pure story telling of the best some people will undoubtedly disagree with me but they dont write stories as good as this anymore, todays programmes concentrate far too much on the special effects and nearly always have no real in depth story. well done the bbc writing team of the period.
