Complete mess not wrapped correctly. Ordered extra plates and mugs waited over a week expecting delivery. Messaged seller to say a week late & not received to reply of “it should be delivered today with a small apology inside”.
Clearly she had not posted it just marked it as such! Did eventually receive all 3 items and a small gift inside but it’s so frustrating that both experiences have been utter rubbish to say the least! 😡

Bought item and was specified free delivery! Was contacted by Royal Mail as postage was not enough - had to pay a further £3! So for the inconvenience, the resulting delayed delivery and extra cost I would not buy from this seller again
