Seller is the best possible seller out there! I didn't read the description, where it's clearly written - make sure to provide the VIN number, otherwise, no refunds available. And yet, the item arrived which didn't fit my car. I was not planning to apply for the refund as it was my own fault, but the seller contacted me, asking if everything seems to be fine. We had couple of email exchanges and the seller decided to do the full refund!
