Although the description states ‘brand new & sealed’ the box arrived with one end of the box clearly open and the box very scruffy looking.
Please be aware!!!!! This no means my item is extremely likely to be not ‘brand new’ as promised.
What’s most disappointing is I even reached out to the seller and asked if it was definitely sealed before purchasing. Plenty of opportunity to explain that it was open at one end - but these details were lied about…..

The item was brand new & sealed however due to slight damage to the box in transit the buyer assumed the item had been opened and used which was not the case. I was happy to offer a return and provide a full refund however the buyer decided to keep the item instead.
