Item was delivered damaged in about 6 places and therefore unusable. Seller only offered 30% partial refund initially and eventually offered 50% but did not take responsibilty. Item only packaged in a thin sheet of bubble wrap, no where near enough for a delicate item! Buyer should not be out of pocket for goods delivered damaged. Seller said I could keep item and I didn’t have to return it though, thanks for that, so generous!
