It came with absolutely everything that a new one would except the leveling paper thing. I would agree with the seller's description of it being 90% new, and therefore it's an absolute bargain. And it was delivered the next working day. Prints great. Very happy.

So it arrived 48hours after ordering and I couldn't believe how good quality it was brand new never been set up out the box before and not 1 part missing amazing value for money and the only company I will use for my printers. Thanks guys

Helped with troubleshooting and replacement parts. I got a great deal on this printer combo unit, the extra wait was worth the price. Have made several prints so far and all have come out really nice. There was barely any visible signs of use, and the printer combo looked almost brand new. They were quick to understand my problems and help in resolution of it.
