    The fabric, which was sold at the full price, was advertised at 0.6 metres for each piece of the 2 pieces I ordered. Sadly, when it arrived 1 piece was only 0.5 metres. I received a prompt reply from the seller apologising and telling me to return both pieces. As I had ordered this fabric, which was discontinued 2 years ago, for a specific project sending it back did not solve my problem. Eventually, the company offered me a £4 refund, less than the cost of the return postage.

    Hi Anne, We are sorry to hear this. We did offer to pay the postage, but we are unable to issue a full refund without the items being returned to us. As you kept the items in the end, the partial refund was a gesture of good will and did not impact any return postage costs as there weren't any.
