The prehistoric winged slime ball known as the Creeper is back for seconds in JEEPERS CREEPERS II, on an all-you-can-eat binge before hibernating for another 23 years. His first victim is local farm boy Billy Taggert (Shaun Fleming), whose shocked father Jack (wild-eyed Ray Wise) watches, uncomprehending, as his son disappears amidst violently rustling corn husks. The monomaniacal Taggert scours the surrounding area for clues, but the Creeper (Jonathan Breck) has moved onto its next target: a school bus full of basketball players. As jocks Jake Spencer (John Hammond) and Scott Braddock (Eric Nenninger) torment gay high school journalist Izzy Bohen (Travis Schiffner) and clairvoyant cheerleader Minxie Hayes (Nicki Lynn Aycox), the Creeper watches. When the bus breaks down on East 9 Highway, the Creeper pounces, employing supernatural olfactory powers to sniff out the morsels that suit his rather finicky tastes. Token nerd Bucky (Billy Aaron Brown) gets a radio signal over to Taggert, the bereaving dad who is now hellbent on revenge and is carrying the one weapon that may be a match for the evil Creeper.Like the original JEEPERS CREEPERS, director Victor Salva's sequel is several cuts above average horror fare. The director has a demonstrated affinity for classic filmmaking and makes frequent references to THE BIRDS, bringing Hitchcock's quiet dread to a no-holds-barred, adrenaline-boosting horror film modeled after the FRIDAY THE 13TH, NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET, and SCREAM series.

It took 4 days to ship it and then only after I ask about a shipping update. The item arrived broken I immediately contacted the seller included the two photos here. Waited 48 hours and got no response. The item is not very expensive and might be able to be glued. I would have liked to have work this out with the seller. At the price point I wouldn't send it back or ask for a refund but communication would have been nice. It was not packaged very well just wrapped in a shipping bag.

    Good horror fun.

    I thought it was pretty good. Good basic storyline and we'll acted. Could have done without the foul language. Not bloody. Good sequel to original Jeepers Creepers.

    The Movie Jeepers Creepers really came out of nowhere like a great blast of fresh air to the horror movie scene at a time when there was not much to be had for the true fan other than mediocre remakes of older films. It gave us this great mystery villain that was shrouded through almost the entire film from us. Who was he? What was he? The great truck sequences and the horrible underground lair. It also gave us Justin Long who has done a bunch of great comedies since Jeepers Creepers but he was great in the horror film! That is all why the sequal is such a massive dissapointment. There is nothing new here. Now that you know who/what the bad guy is and you know what he does, that info is taken and dropped on your head like an anvil as the ridiculous set up of a busload of high school ...

    Cult classic!!!

    This is your typical teen scream low budget almost straight to dvd type of horror movie but it's actually a bit better than that. The special effects isn't bad at all, the killer/bad guy is a step up from your common demented slasher character, still a lot of bad horror movie decision making amongst the potential victims but still entertaining. A definite cult classic!
