I ordered Matt Black Flats and I received Matt Black Wedges instead which is really bad because I'm flat footed and more on top of that - I contacted the seller about the issue and they offered me an 80% refund and a big fat discount (which I still haven't seen what is in terms of % but i got my refund) because they had "logistics issues" which I don't believe as I could see the item I bought still being in stock so I think they just wanted me to reorder for other reasons 🤷
