Thanks for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear that the product was melted.
I stopped selling the product as the weather in Japan is getting warmer, and I can expect having the same issue as you had from now on.
I will start selling the product in late this year when the temperature is cooler ( or cold) so that I can deliver the chocolate with good condition!
