Gardenline furniture arrived with missing base/legs to settee after exhaustive arguments was sent a scratched pre used base which would not line up with screw holes this set was listed as new and perfect which l bought in good faith l feel seller lists manufacturers faulty products that have been returned back to them. WARNING products may not be what they seem to be. POOR communication POOR customer service POOR seller

Product was new, I admit the base may have been missing but I sent a replacement after to fix this, customer has been very up and down, and overall rude too. She did message me once the item arrived 'confirming that the contents was all here' and then all of a sudden the sofa base is missing, so I corrected this. I'm unsure what the issue with the screws is, was fine when I took the sofa base apart on my end, wasnt damaged at all.
