Item came well packaged. The sleeve was in mint condition and came in an open plastic sleeve. However the record had a very noticeable warp. Either the seller never checked before sending or knew and sold it anyway. No mention of it in the description. After contacting the seller we agreed a partial refund of £8 which would be credited by the end of the week. This never happened. My follow up emails has been ignored. Such a shame.

To set the record straight the buyer was refunded, it took a few days to go through. Being as the original feedback left is over 30 days old its too late for the feedback to be retracted. Not a lot we can do but the buyer is happy. I cant change this Ebay rule which seems a bit unfair as I didnt even notice their feedback!
