Once I got item, it was poor packaging, so the mirror was cracked, but they quickly sent out a replacement and was very responsive, but the product itself is not as sturdy as I would like it to be and the mirror is not as secure as I would like it to be, and the directions suck it’s basically a game of guess and check The directions are terrible. I didn’t know half the time if I was doing it correct and there is no actual directions for putting the mirror on. Or attaching any of the slide bars.
