I ordered a brand new RPHA91 helmet, I received what I think was a demo unit or a return: the helmet itself is ok, but the box shows signs of being opened before (cardboard inserts damaged, user manual of a different model, a mark on the visor protection film). I contacted the seller with photos and I requested a discount, but he kept asking for photos of the damaged helmet (I was very clear that the helmet wasn t damaged) and in the end he accused me of sending fake photos. Can t recommend.
