Ordered two sets of these plates listed as new , sent in what looked to be a taped up bin liners . The weights once opened were found to be scuffed up , probably picked up in transit . Also some of them are rusty , see photograph . I contacted the seller to let him know about the condition and give him the opportunity to respond but after several days I still had no response ? So I have no other option but to give negative feedback.
