Initially I was hesitant to buy as the description said there may be scratches on the case and screen, but I needn't have worried because the screen was in perfect condition, the few scratches on the back are not a problem. The monitor was very well packaged for safe shipping and was delivered by parcelforce next day (from the sellers dispatch notification).
