I did get this item that I bid on and everything was well packed and protected. However, this seller and others like them seem to list items very low and then someone bids them up towards the end (artificial reserve). Look at their listing history and see several auctions for unique items that have been "won", and then relisted. This seems deceptive but maybe it's just what people do if eBay allows. You do get the items you win if you are a real buyer. But don't expect to get them super cheap.
