Hi Karen. Unfortunately as I am not Amazon, large items will need time to be wrapped properly. It is no good to anyone if it arrives damaged. You had a reply within 3 days, postage would have been next day, no need to lie. The reason I said I'd refund is because I'd just rather not deal with anyone like you who tries emotional blackmail to get items faster. I imagine given the circumstances you're the sort of person who would use that child as a human shield.
