A month after ordering I have still not recieved these curtains. I have contacted the seller twice, they say thet had provlems posting it the first time and assumed it had been deliverwd (over 2 weeks ago now). A week ago I contacted them again and said it has still not arrived, they said they would arrange a refund. I'm still waiting for either curtains or a refund.

You first contacted me a few days after purchase. Postage had been delayed a couple of days because the parcel shop label printer wasn't working. I said to get back to me if it doesn't arrive in another week. Then silence. I assumed all was well. Many weeks later,
you reached out. Unfortunately the tracking information expired as too much time had passed. If I could establish the parcel wasn't delivered I would have issued a refund and made a claim for the loss from Yodel.
