Well that was fun. Failed to dispatch the guitar with the paid for courier DPD because they don't ship guitars!!! Really. Failed to dispatch with Parcelforce at the Post Office because they don't accept Parcelforce parcels!!! Really. Failed to dispatch with Parcelforce collected from sender!!! They never turned up. TWICE. Really. Very keen to refund though so take care if he lists anything cause if he doesn't get the amount he wants you will get loads of BS and lies!!!

Hiya, I'm sorry this service was not what you expected. I repeatedly communicated the frustrations I had with couriers and how this was causing issues in sending the parcel. I do not appreciate you implying that this was done maliciously as I have lost money in my attempt to send you this parcel. I understand your frustrations in not receiving the parcel you desired, however the above review is dis-honest and paints me in a malicious light. Many thanks.
