Seller sent wrong size item (far too small) and refused to respond when I sought free postage to return the item. Quite a disrespectful and arrogant attitude.
I have to note ebay's surprising stance on this matter too. If you inadvertently qoute the wrong return reason from their list of ambiguous return reasons, they will not help by correcting it. They however say it's your fault for choosing the wrong reason. Even, in this case, where the seller has clearly sent me the wrong size item.
