I ordered this hoover on the 19/3/24 and it arrived on the 4/4/24 the seller said he’d give me 20% off as it was very late, when it arrived I put it together and turned it on all I could smell was burning it turned itself off and won’t work at all I’ve tried messaging the seller but I get no answer, I want a full refund, I haven’t even had the 20% discount that was mentioned. Very very poor never ever will I buy from this person again nor should anyone you shouldn’t sell faulty products.
