Mistakes and errors occur and it is then how they are resolved that is the mark of a good Company, and that proved true in this case. Issue resolved by excellent Customer Service Dept. 0ver all, a tad frustrating, but still deserves a Positive for instantly both apologising and replacing with excellent book.
