Seller takes days to respond, mixed up packages, stilll no updates on return cost, I will not return the product and pay out of pocket and it isnt my mixup.Seller needs to step in and pre-pay for postage.A letter I found on Which clearly states that an item that does not match the description is a clear Breach of Contract - and, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, return postage should be paid for by the Seller - not the buyer.

The seller claims he mixed up the labels on two packages so sent me the wrong item they asked that I return the item sent and they will swap the label. I told them they would have to pay for the postage as it was their mistake and they agreed to do so. However after I posted the item to them they refunded the original purchase leaving me out of pocket and without my dashcam which I dearly want. They stopped answering my messages as the one I sent asking that they act in good faith was ignored
