It's like having a pet! You have to nurture it and feed it and the rewards are there. Fascinating to understand the process and the instructions were written with humour, were easy to understand and on my second attempt I had a triumph. I had to go out and buy a bigger loaf tin to accommodate such a tremendous rising. Recommend product and seller. Shh.......it's asleep in my fridge for a few days!It's like having a pet!
