Item arrived broken and poorly made, I have requested a refund seller said it was a detachment issue due to shipping and offered £5 refund (I nearly paid £40) .This is not the case the whole leg at the knee joint is completely snapped/broken. I informed them £5 is not acceptable as item is faulty and haven’t heard back from seller or received refund I will be contacting eBay on 29th for them to step in
