Seller packed the item by tightly wrapping it in bubble wrap destroying the box on arrival. I Explained it was a present and was told by them to try fix the crushed box myself and that it was just a box that will be thrown out. I paid full price for a item described as brand new and was sent a damaged product due to negligence. Buying without the box I would have saved a fortune, Seller refused to meet half way knowing the situation. I wouldn't buy gifts here with how they are packed.

As you will see from our feedback we pack with care, unfortunatly sometimes things do get dammaged in transit. Customer was presenting as a gift so we offered a full refund as it was not in giftable condition. Customer requsted compenstation in order to keep it and still gift the item, clearly it was not too bad a condition really. Sorry to disapoint but we have been more than fair. This is a high demand item, sold a well below normal retail. We are always happy to assist where we can.
