Badly packed. The packaging involved a wrap around of corrugated card and rolled up office paper as padding. The display case of the model was described in the listing as being in mint condition but it arrived damaged. They have refused to replace the case. Even the offer of a refund if I returned the item seems insincere given that they did not issue a return address.
