After immediate payment I herd nothing about dispatch. after 3 days msg seller asking if the item had been sent response was Thursday/Friday. msg sellers on the Friday asking if item was sent response was Yes. 4 day's later seller msg saying item sent with a pic of receipt dated that day. Address on receipt was wrong, informed seller with no response. Opened a case it took 3 days for a response luckily I managed to retrieve item myself. No apology from seller. 13days to get item
