Ordered a bluetooth item but they sent wired and said that was what I ordered. Their advertising of the product I wanted is misleading and tantamount to false advertising. They offered a 40% refund of the price. I refused and it was agreed that I send the item back for a full refund but $10.60 postage for a $12.93 item wasn’t worth the effort.
Their deception warrants adverse feedback.
