Wing Chun is a Chinese martial art reputedly developed by a Buddhist nun in the 17th century. It is more widely known through the late Bruce Lee and his teacher, the late Yip Man. His son Ip Chun continues his teachings. Along with Tai Chi, Wing Chun is the most commonly practised kung fu method, and this book offers a guide for both instructors and students alike, exploring the principles, techniques and the relationship between teacher and student.
