Item was in excellent condition, good quality and good value . I contacted Bag Magic who were very helpful in organising the return and providing instructions on what to do. They offered either a refund or to send the correct colour. As I needed the case for going away, I bought a different bag and requested a refund. Very helpful and if I needed a case I would purchase from BagMagic again.
