Loads of emails promising delivery each day causing someone to have to remain in the house for hours fruitlessly. Their tracking claimed there was an attempted delivery and a further re-delivery - all nonsense as the full tracking history said it hadnt even reached this distribution centre when they said it was a delivery attempt. Use another delivery service please.
