Blöde Fragen am Telefon wegen einer Kaufbestätigung, überlange Zustellungsdauer, am Ende sollte ich EUR 148,- Zollabfertigung zahlen. Habe ich nicht, dann wurde es mir nochmal zugestellt ohne Kosten, sei ein Fehler gewesen. Das geht so gar nicht.
