Therefore it is not actually a genuine Nokia battery but rather a generic Nokia compatible battery. It does however fit my 6020 model and appears to be satisfactorily holding charge. Also although the item did not arrive on time this was more due to Royal Mail than the seller Communication with the seller was easy with a quick response time

Many hours later the seller declined my request saying that the order was already dispatched even though it was not when I requested to cancel. I had to travel 50 miles to collect my order.
