But the latency spikes made the card unusable for anything other than downloads. It's not the sellers fault but Intel needs to get its cooling under control. Brand new card from the seller though with short/tall brackets and a screwdriver to change. and for $60 is not a terrible value if you want a download only device with 4 ports.Follow-up from: 0***c- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Seller reached out about this.
