      Shipping was expensive. $10.20. Item barely fit box and was busting out on arrival, packaging was very questionable snd I was expecting it to be damaged on the bottom of the box. Chipped but noted in description, my fault for not noticing and paying so much for the pitcher and shipping. Not worth value at all.

      All of the items we ship are well packaged. I am not sure what transpired during the transit process. You made an offer of $15 and I accepted which was far, far less than its worth. Had there not been a chip, this beautiful piece of pottery would be well worth in excess of $100. I am in NC and you are in NY, thus the cost of the shipping.
