The items arrived without a protective seal from the manufacturer and the solution inside looked & smelled like the seller replaced the original product with vegetable oil. They did, however, issue a refund and a shipping label to send back without asking any further questions. But, that just goes to validate my intuition that it was NOT "authentic product" as described.
