    An all round great kettle for looks, build quality and general needs!

    Dualit products ooze quality, solidity and aesthetic appeal. The Architect kettle has a 2300W element and 1.5L capacity, which make it reasonably fast-boiling and quiet, with a capacity that covers most tea/coffee pot making tasks with a single fill. I did a fair amount of general product research prior to settling on the Dualit Architect kettle and I can say I have no regrets. The overall design quality is high and the hand-built workmanship is self evident. For me, the only slight downside is, most other comparable products made by other brands boast 3000W elements/1.7L capacities, which seems to be a current standard for a full size kettle. Although Dualit's Classic kettle does adopt this spec, it would be nice if it were also available for the Architect kettle too.

    Brilliant but flawed..

    The kettle appears to be very well made but there also appears to be a design flaw which is contrary to the listed features, the kettle does not pour cleanly at most angles it pours better when you need the volume of water for say a pan compared to pouring water into a cup where the water runs everywhere...

    Probably the best kettle in the world?

    This is one of those one off purchases. If only I'd bought this 50 years ago, I'd take a bet it would still be going! Cool retro design which matches the toaster I already had. Easy to clean and is the quickest boiler ever. Not only that, it always starts a conversation!

    Perfect kettle

    This is a replacement for another dualit kettle,have the matching toaster. Dualit is an excellent, well made product. This kettle hasn’t disappointed, I’ve swapped out the panels to the chrome from my last kettle as I could only get the brushed silver. Looks great,very pleased. Would recommend seller
