    Good quality insulation. Very easy to cut into shapes. The glue sticks it firmly to all the surfaces I tried - be careful when you fix it down as it will fall apart rather than peel off (which is what I wanted). Looks good when in position and it's a bit of a shame that noone will probably see it since it will be covered by a carpet.
