    A great book, well packed, and promptly shipped. Very happy. The only thing, is I got two books, from the same seller, being sent to the same address, so I figured I'd ask for combined shipping, but once again, eBay just put up a notice saying you can't do combined shipping with these items. I don't know why they offer the option if you can't use it. Nothing to do with the seller, but I thought I'd mention it.
