I asked why and they said afterwards they use pouches and boxes ... but that wasn't in the advert blurb. I asked pleasantly for some boxes for the rings ... but reply was only that you could buy them! Product as a ring they are lovely, but consistency is needed when meant for family repeat orders don't you think?

Given the value of the item and that I had changed delivery date to ensure I would be available to sign it was a bit disappointing that the security of the delivery was completely ignored.
