Had an issue with the bios being password locked, I messaged the seller and he replied back within a couple of hours on a Saturday. I had resolved the issue myself by then (you can easily reset the bios on this PC). Great price compared to this exact model by other sellers. This model came with a 2.5 SSD. Was very clean inside and out beside some left over glue residue from an old sticker.
