    This seller tried their best, in that she shipped promptly and followed up multiple times with her post office to try and determine what happened with the package. As such, even though eventually the transaction had to be cancelled as there was no indication the package ever left Bulgaria, that was not the seller's fault, and she did everything possible to try and help, and that warrants a positive feedback and review. Hopefully the package will be returned to her and we can try again.
