And just when he is entering adulthood and a stage in his life that he is ready to confront his mother...she dies leaving him with unresolved feelings from unanswered questions. Harbored anger is challenged by possibilities never considered and visions of what could have been are left tearing at his soul. "If a parent loves her child, she should find some way of telling him before she leaves this earth, preferably in simple words backed by actions with maybe I love you thrown in every once in a while. Few things are left untouched as this tale winds through the confines of so many of todays modern American families leaving only an act of grace to bind together those things that could possibly be.
