    This Seller low ball the item pricing posted low selling price, later informed me that there is a problem in delivery. In fact seller re-posted same item at a very higher price. More excuses, there is further delay in processing refund due to their company's celebration. I have not receive my refund. Ebay needs to investigate this seller
