easy to apply
Great product really easy to use, applied on a warm with a small foam roller, dries quicker than stated 2 hrs .Did not leave ANY trace on the paved surface, does not alter the appearance at ALL. You only know its working when it rains the water runs off quickly and dry's much faster than before. excellent natural stone protector
This product is fantastic for real natural stone (and I imagine brick/concrete etc.) I have a large Indian Sandstone (mint fossil) slab patio and after research opted for this as a way of protecting it from the rigours of family life/bbqs/parties and it has not let me down. Applied easily with a rough surface roller. Spills sit on the surface long enough to clean off and it dries clear and matt ...no shiny stone as long as you don't let it 'pool' when you put it on. It has a short shelf-life (1 year) so it probably pays to make sure the product is within date although I have used out of date before and it still worked fine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This product simply doesn't work
I used this product on my patio and it does not work. I put 2 coats of this sealer on my patio and it made no difference whatsoever. Any water or rain on the patio soaked through the sealer in a matter of seconds soaking the stones underneath. I now have a mammoth job to remove this sealer so I can apply one that actually works.
