    I have been with eBay for 18 years, and this is the only bad experience I have ever had. This was a DREADFUL experience. The seller knew they might be sending me the wrong item, but sent it anyway. When I asked to return it, they said they could not arrange a return - possibly because they are based in Brazil. But the seller also refused to send me a refund, so eBay had to intervene. All this took up hours of my time and caused me a lot of stress. Completely unnecessary.
